This course prepares delegates for the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) examination which is undertaken at the end of the second day. The course covers the basics of project management terminology, best project management practices and gives an overall foundation to the science of running projects. It is fully accredited by the Association for Project Management. This course is designed for those individuals who are new to working with projects or non project orientated staff that wish to understand the principles of project management. No prior knowledge or experience of project management or working with projects is required.
This course is eligible for ECITB funding.
